A rare find, my grandfather was in the Maryland House of Delegates and tacked these up on the garage wall, w they stayed for over 50 years! Auction is for the license plate and also the matching special parking plate. They are metal and do have some rust and need to be cleaned up, but I leave that to your expertise. The special parking permit plate has a raised state seal (removable) attached with nuts. It is a brass colored metal, but I don't know if it's real brass. The license plate has 4 holes drilled through it on the state seal, w I assume another emblem, now gone, was once attached. T is a small hole in the bottom of both plates which I think is a nail hole and not original. I don't know anything about collecting vintage license plates, so please email with any questions. I also have a set of 1955 MD Delegates plates listed separately, glad to combine lots to save you on shipping! WHite flash glare is not damage.
