Item Description This auction is for an absolutely spectacular set of Mason's Blue Vista Ironstone China from England. We researched the web and could not find a single supplier who had the entire serving set. Most did not have the tureen or the pitcher. Most had only one or two pieces. We carefully examined all the items and did not find any chips or cracks. T is negligible crazing, rare for items of this age. We researched the Mason Factory Marks and dated this set between 1923 and 1940. This set's tureen has the unique handles that distinguish it from other Mason Blue Vista items. The aesthetics of these fine Mason items are truly unique, and the colors and style will grace any table or sideboard. IRONSTONE wares are particularly attractive and are avidly sought by collectors on both sides of the Atlantic. Its decorative quality and naive charm are admired by all. Many of the designs and strong colors were based on early Imari pieces.
