OLD CORNFLOWER BLUE MASON'S 5 PATENT FRUIT JAR Mason's 5 Patent Nov. 30th 1858 fruit jar, Quart size. Glass color is true Cornflower Blue. Base is marked W F M. Ground lip, Mason shoulder seal. A couple small nicks on lip. Some whitish residue inside glass. Offered uncleaned, as-found. Comes with Ball WMG 'porcelain lined' zinc cap ~ lid. Winning bidder will receive the (1) Mason's 5 Patent cornflower blue jar as described in. The photograph of the multiple jars in this description is provided only to demonstrate the glass color difference between aqua and green glass jars.
