It is without a doubt one of the finest pieces of furniture I've seen. Massive in scope measuring a whopping 10' feet in length, it is entirely hand carved in solid mahogany. The table top shows beautifully flamed mahogany, is scalloped at the corners and has a carved edging. The skirting has a sort of scrolled shell and feather design with the two long sides having a phoenix carved in the center. The true show stopper...the legs, are huge! They are absolutely stunning in appearance. Lion heads angle and extend out at each corner, floral carvings just beneath and intricately carved lion feet and claws at the base. Again, this is entirely hand carved. Pictures DO NOT do this piece justice. It is too large for us to have pulled out into natural light (which is our standard) to photograph so we used a flash in some pictures and they just don't show the detail as nice as we'd liked for them to have. It is truly a work of art! You are welcome to arrange your own packing and shipping with the carrier of your choice. Though few damage claims ever arise, any such claim will be your responsibility to file with the carrier. PAYMENT & SHIPPING: Please include the following on a seperate slip of paper: your name, address, telephone number (required for delivery purposes), the item number and description. Without this your item most likely will have a delay in shipping. We accept checks, money orders or cashiers checks. We do not accept Paypal! All items are normally shipped within 2-4 weeks of receiving cleared payment. Personal checks are held for 10 business days from the date we receive payment, NOT the date you mailed it. We send confirmation upon receipt of payment via Ebay and again at the time of shipment along with any pertinent tracking information/carrier, etc. NON PAYING BIDDERS : As sellers, we are charged roughly 10% of any given items sales price by Ebay ...this includes both listing fees and final value fees.
