He's Got The Whole World In His Hands. With this lot, you could come real close. This lot is a world wide (practically no US) accumulation, is off paper and largely unpicked. Since my focus is US, I have little knowledge of world wide material 12 albums range from nearly empty (last 2 on the right) to packed. Most of the value is probably in the hundreds of glassines and small collections. Nice Palau collection in binder. This lot will keep you or a stamp club busy for months! Chances are if you buy this lot, you could recover the cost with a small fraction of the contents. NO RESERVE and starting ata penny. Shipping and handling is 20.00 (economy or book rate). Good Luck. It is my hope that the sale of this lot will help cover e-bay fees, so that all the profits can go toward the project. Please see my other lots as well.
I recently met John, a disabled Air Force vet who has a stamp problem. He came into a rather large collection but knows little or nothing about them. He is in great need of a new porch and ramp to his trailor. This got us thinking. We will be selling many lots over the next months and see what we can do about taking care of those porch and ramp needs. 100% of profits (after ebay fees) go toward this project. I will be happy to forward any e-mails to him if you wish to pass on your regards and thoughts. This is the perfect opportunity for you to add to your collection and help out an Air Force vet at the same time! He also has a large amount of postal stationary and envelopes he purchased from the post office in addition to all the stamps. Let us know if interested. Check our other lots as well. Update: After a week of sales and generous bidders we are over a quarter way to our goal. During our last conversation John wanted to make it clear that people knew his disability which he struggles with now came later in his life not while he was in the service. His need is still very real (while testing his ramp personally, my foot went right through a dry rotted section). We will keep you updated on each wave of lots.
