Vintage Mastercrafters mantle shelf clock has an art deco brass nude lady holding up the clock. The clock movement was made by Sessions which is marked on the bottom face of the clock. It is electric and the wood part is in a light cherry colored wood. From design, I would think that this clock is from the 30's, maybe early 40's. The base measures 11 1/4" long by 3.5" wide and stands 13" high. The clock face measures 4" in diameter. It still works, but with old electric things, it would be wise & safe to change the cord. Picture #4 shows the right pinky of the hand. It has an opened seam. Picture # 5 shows the mold around the thumb. The brass is in good vintage shape and could use a cleaning, but I refrained from that because some may want it just as it is and also would not want to use the wrong type cleaner. The wood could also use a nice polishing, t is a little nicks & t from normal wear & tear thru the years. The back of the clock has patent # (t are 6 of them). It also has Model no. 91 and was made in Chicago, IL by Craftmasters clock and Radio Company. Great looking vintage clock for that mantle or shelf !!Buyer pays S&H plus required insurance on this item. Please use the shipping calculator to determine the cost from your location.
