For your bidding consideration is an outstanding Mastercrafters Electric Motion Clock & Night Light Model #119 "Swinging Girl" from the late 40's or early 50's. The clocks original electric movement is by Sessions. The clock stands approximately 10 1/2" high and is in excellent condition both cosmetically and mechanically. I can see no chips, cracks, splits the celluloid case (I believe it is celluloid) and the clock mechanism works perfectly. The case has a wonderful subtle marbleized look. You will love it! The scene is a girl on a swing in front of a cottage with picket fence and flowers. She swings while the clock is operating. T is also a low watt (christmas tree bulb) that serves to light up the scene and act as a night light as well! A switch on the side of the clock case turns the light on and off. Although the plug wire is original and is in ok enough condition to operate the clock, I would recommend its replacement. This is an easy do-it-yourself job that should take no longer that 15 minutes to accomplish after getting the cord from your local hardware store.You will not be disappointed with this great vintage clock!!!
