Check out my other items ! 1. Item Description and Bidding/ Shipping Cost and Policy/ Payment Instructions: One (1) Matchbox Lesney ERF 68G battery Truck, gray plastic wheels variation. This very nice model is in excellent (please see grading criteria below) CODE 3 condition (see code definitions above) from an adult collection. It was introduced in 1959 and was sold in this type and 2 other variations based upon wheel colour. The original paintwork has been carefully and accurately restored by me to its as new beauty. There existed some scuffing at the rails of the bed which is now gone. The decals are 100%, both sides. The gray plastic wheels show little or no use. The black painted base is flawless. This model, shown with its correct 'high-fidelity' Lesney Legacy box, will display as almost new. Additional photographs can be sent to your e-mail address and questions will be entertained up to 4 hours prior to auction end. I make the free box which will be sent with the model. I use them to display my own collection and carefully store my original boxes. The Lesney Legacy box is the product of 30 years of technical research into cardstock, printing processes and scanning technology. They are constructed of correct weight tagboard much like an original; square and functionally perfect, fresh and colourful, accurately detailed inside and out . They are laser printed so they will be a bit glossier than an original Lesney era box, which was printed with lithography. This box is intended for display and storage purposes with this genuine Lesney Products model only. We always ship multiple purchases combined.
