For smaller tubes, I use either a calibrated Hickok 539C, TV-7D/U, or for new design tubes a calibrated B&K 747. Test results must exceed the tester minimums by at least 10%. For high power tubes, w I do not have equipment to test under full load, I have a high voltage test stand that applies plate and screen voltage or bias, and I can draw plate current into a resistive load. I attempt to match all the tubes sold in pairs to within 7% of the test readings. Because I don't know the operating condition of you equipment, tubes are sold "as is".
