Up for auction is a matched pair of Coke Bottle type 6L6 vintage audio power tubes. Tested good and matched on both Dynamic and Emission tests. Warning about test results: Make sure your tubes are fully tested. 6L6 and other Power Pentode tubes are known to develop a heater to cathode short that is not picked up in a tube tester. You have to put them into a "Working Condition" test for at least 5 minutes to test them completely. After a few minutes in a "Working Condition" test, the plate may glow cherry red indicating a short between the heater and the cathode. These 6L6 tubes were tested in a "Working Condition" for five minutes with no problems . No Returns: These tubes leave here in working condition. Due to the fragility of the tubes, you should buy insurance for physical damage during shipping. Retired electronic music tech liquidating stock.
