This set of five bowls was handmade by Arizona Ceramics artist, Mathilde Schaefer (1909-1973). The pieces are in her iconic trianglular shape with the drip glaze on red clay that she is known for. They are in wonderful condition, without chips, cracks or repairs. They measure about 6" across their irregular shape. One of the bowls has a mark to its edge, made during the firing process; it is glazed over. See closeup photo.
