You are bidding on: DC Universe Batman Legacy Arkham City 2 Pack by Mattel - Robin & The Joker - Collectible & VHTF Note: Because of flashed used during photo taking, item(s) might look shinier than they really appear. All Action Figures are Factory Sealed. However, their boxes are not necessarily in pristine condition. Cardboard edges are extremely fragile and are susceptible to crease. If you are a collector and the condition of the box is paramount to you, please let me know and I will do my best to accommodate you. Please read the following and feel free to ask me any questions you might have before bidding. Payment: - Payment is due within 72hrs using PayPal only . Please make sure your address is verified. - If 4 days pass without payment or notice, an unpaid claim will be opened. - If you have mistakenly won an auction and would like to cancel the order, I will ask for listing and relisting fees associated with that auction. Once payment is cleared, a “Cancel transaction” form will be sent to mutually end the transaction. - A sales tax of 7% will be applied to all NJ orders. Shipping: - I ship within 24hrs, Mon-Sat. - Actual shipping times depend on many variables that are out of my control. I do ship promptly. - I am very flexible with shipping requests (expedite-postpone, etc.) - Paying with PayPal e-checks will result in a delay till the check clears (usually 2-5 business days). - Hawaii/Alaska customers: please expect longer shipping times. - I try to keep shipping costs to a minimum. Please ask me to save on shipping charges by reducing the use the boxes whenever possible, which will lower your shipping cost. - I do not make money off shipping. Shipping cost displayed reflects Shipping & Handling fees. If cost paid is more than actual ‘S&H’, a partial refund will be issued. - All packages will be tracked. Signature confirmation will be added to orders exceeding $250. Combining shipping: - For single minifigures, add $.50 ($1.00 international), for figure bundles, add $1.50 ($2.50 international) to the highest shipping charge. - For orders including packages and/or boxes, an adjusted invoice depending on the final weight will be sent. - For International Customers : USPS’s cheaper First Class service is allowed up to a shipment of 4lbs. For heavier packages, USPS Priority Mail becomes the cheapest option (sometimes eliminating weight from the package can be the difference in big savings on shipping fees, please contact me shipping options). - Please notify me if you are planning to bid on items that are days apart . Once you are done shopping, I will send you an adjusted shipping invoice with the new total. Return Policy: - Returns are accepted within 14 days IF item is returned in exactly the same condition as delivered . Opened packages will NOT be accepted. If you are unsure whether a return will be accepted, please send me a message first. - Once item is returned, a refund of full amount minus a 20% restocking fee will be applied to your PayPal account.
