Did you ever wonder what happened to all the K98 Mauser sight hoods on the Soviet capture rifles? Well we found them. Recently discovered in the Soviet Union (Russia) original German K98 front sight hoods. These were removed from the K98's that were captured by the Russians during the war. When they reworked and reblued the rifles these sight hoods were not reinstalled. Excellent quality current production K98 Mauser Cleaning Rod 10 inches long.
