Vintage Real Photo Postcard pictures a building destroyed during the Earthquake of 1918 in Mayaguez, Puerto Rico. The earthquake did much damage to the city and surrounding towns. It was followed by a tsunami wave that flooded much of the western coast of the island. There are quite a few known real photo postcards showing destroyed buildings and such, most were photographed by Cifuentes. This particular rppc is not identified as to photographer or location but we know it to be in Mayaguez and the street sign is still visible on the destroyed building which reads ROSA. Thus it was a corner building at the crossroads of two streets one of which was named Rosa. Shipping $1.95.Paypal payments preferred but other forms of payment such as Visa, Mastercard or check.
