MCCOOK FIELD DAYTON OHIO 1920-21 SLIPSTREAM MAGAZINES MORE PHOTOS BELOW THIS TEXT. This is a bound book of the magazine Slipstream, from January 31 1920 to March 15 1921. This magazine was an organization publication issued twice a month(although some months in this book do not have 2 issues) by and for the employees of Mccook field in Dayton Ohio. All issues are 5" x 8.5" and were published smaller because of lack of printing materials. There is a total of 21 issues in This bound book, and there is some advertising including the Dayton Wright Airplane company. In the front of book it says " property of H.Allan Sullivan Exp Bombardment Wright Field". Issues include- 1/31/20, 2/29/20, 3/15/20, 3/31/20, 4/30/20, 5/15/20, 6/30/20, 7/15/20, 7/31/20, 9/1/20, 9/15/20, 10/1/20, 10/15/20, 11/1/20, 11/15/20, 12/1/20 (missing first 2 pages), Christmas 1920, 1/15/21, 2/1/21, 2/15/21, 3/15/21. There are lots of photos, lots of Dayton history, saw Colonel E.A.Deeds in one photo, article on the C-1 Dirigible, some cartoons, and more! Issues have some slight wear and creasing but in good condition, outer binding is worn.
