IF YOU LIKE THIS PIECE OR McCOY IN GENERAL I HAVE GREAT OTHER PIECES AT MY OTHER ACUTIONS. BID OR WATCH THIS ITEM AND THEN CLICK ON RIGHT TO VIEW OTHERS AT: McCoyandMore4uThis Auction is for a MAGNOLIA Vase by McCoy. It is a RARE find and pictured in most McCoy guides. This Planter/Vase is marked: McCoy USA and it is authentic!!!. This stamp is from the early 1950s. (1953) At 8.5" tall it would make a perfect gift for that corner shelf, Office Desk/Display Case, or Window Sill. A must have for that serious McCoy Collector or new home buyer or interior designer. Also maybe a Birthday, Mother's Day, Valentines Day, St. Patrick's or Father's Day present as well. This piece is in Very Good+ to EXCELLENT condition by my high standards scale. Reserve set at: $125.00 as this piece regularly books for $250-$300 minimum More pictures available if requested. HONESTY THE BEST POLICY: NO CRACKS hairline or other wise. NO CHIPS, One glaze air bubble burst about an eighth to a quarter of an inch from bottom on front it is 2millimeters wide. * this star would touch outside edges if placed over hole. Few pin point size typical factory kiln imperfections. T is minor light glaze crazing in spots around this piece as I am sure it was displyed w it could get some good light. This decoration has lasted 54+ years and is looking to help make a beautiful happy home someplace secial. I am not a smoker - My Items do not smell like smoke. Sales to continental USA only (lower 48 states). PayPal only!!! Buyer will pay mandatory minimum insurance $1.35 (More available if desired from buyer.) Shipping and handling is $12.00 flat rate and payment will expected within 3 days of auction close. Thank you for looking at this auction, please feel free to email me with any questions you may have before bidding. I am critical of pieces I buy/sell and will tell you what is wrong to my knowledge. All items are sold as found, as is unless grossly misrepresented (ex: Item declared McCoy and is made of play-doh. About as silly and agrevating as someone misrepresnting could be- you won't find that ) with all sales being final. About grossly misrepresented: All items I sell have been researched and seen in one of my many McCoy guides. I have been a collector/dealer for a long time. I am new to selling with ebay technology but have bought plenty on ebay. I have sold at live auctions, antique shops and estate sales. Items will be shipped out on Tuesdays and Fridays packed BETTER than Post Office Standards to ensure safe arrival. THANKS AGAIN!!! McCoy MAGNOLIA Vase: VERY GOOD+ to EXCELLENT To me: Mint = new in the box perfect Excellent = Its been displayed but the only blemishes are factory Very Good = It might have a flake, or a tiny chip, nick, or flea bite, or glaze or paint is faded or scratched slightly or light crazing. Good = Deep Scratch, Noticeable Chip, Hairline Crack, Heavy Crazing Fair = Deep Scratch, Cracked, Repaired, Heavy Crazing Display Piece = Cracked, Chipped Repaired or Crazed so that on display you'd have to turn that part to the back but still looks pretty and should not be used as functional (ex: Cookie Jar, Flower Pot, Service Dishes etc.) 1/29/07 - It has just been made clear by ebay and the IRS that I must charge 5% sales tax on all sales as a Massachusetts seller. It must be charged on: ALL OF MY SALES INCLUDING THIS ONE . Sorry this was not a part of my forethoughts or original listing details. I am very sorry for any inconvenience. Thanks in advance for your patience and I look forward to providing excellent product and extraordinary service. -James
