You are bidding on an absolutely gorgeous piece of art pottery. This particular piece is a Loy-Nel-Art vase/urn. It is unmarked but has all of the characteristics of Loy-Nel-Art (McCoy).
This piece stands a whopping 13 inches tall. It is 7 3/4 inches wide at the widest point. T are 2 small handles at the very top. This piece is in great condition. T are no cracks or repairs. T are two glaze skips noted. This is one of the things that Loy-Nel-Art was sort of notorious for at the time. These are not chips but areas that were often skipped over during glazing leaving a different textured area. The areas are on one of the handles and one on the top rim. They are from production but are noted for complete accuracy. T is also one tiny nick on the base that is barely visible but again noted for complete accuracy. Mild crazing spotted when you look close. This piece has the typical light to dark brown color scheme found on Loy-Nel_Art pieces. This was also the scheme of most Roseville Rozane pieces as well as Weller Louwelsa pieces. The base is yellow. The vase is adorned with 2 stunning flowers which I believe are daffodills. Green stems add a nice hi-lite. This piece would make an excellent addition to anyones collection. It is struly a stunning piece. It is a very large piece which you don't find many of any more.
