McDonnell Douglas Mercury Spacecraft NASA Model This is a Desk Model of the NASA Mercury Spacecraft by McDonnell Douglas. It is a plastic model and the spacecraft fits onto the metal pole. The bottom has felt and a tag that reads: Topping, Inc., First National Tower, Akron, Ohio. On two sides of the spacecraft are the words United States and an American Flag. On the front of the round pedestal that holds the spacecraft, are the words: Mercury Spacecraft NASA McDonnell. It weighs less than one pound. Other than a little dust, this Spacecraft Model is in good condition and makes an interesting Desk Model. Please feel free to email with any questions and thanks for your interest.
