VERY HARD TO FIND ACTION FIGURE! This auction is for one (1) brand new McFarlane Toys Halo 3 action figure listed below. Though considered a high commander of the Elites, the Arbiter lost his honor among the Prophets when he failed to protect the first HALO. Disillusioned by the reason behind the Covenant's war against humanity, the Arbiter leads the Elites when they align with the UNSC. Although I package items well I still highly recommend upgrading to a fiberboard box for added protection especially if you are a collector!
