McKee Roman Arch Delphite Blue Salt & Pepper Shakers This is a pair of depression glass salt and pepper shakers made by McKee Glass Company in the Roman Arch pattern. These shakers are a pretty baby blue, known as "Delphite". Shakers are 4" tall with lid. They have black lettering, one shaker says "Pepper", and the other "Salt". They are unmarked. This pair of shakers is shown on page 57 of "Kitchen Glassware of the Depression Years, 6th Edition" by Gene Florence. Both shakers are in excellent vintage condition. No chips, cracks or damage we can see. T is the normal roughness around the inside of the rim of the shakers, not uncommon for depression glass. The lids are in excellent condition with very minor wear. See pics for details. All items are sold "as is". A hard to find pair of delphite Roman Arch shakers to add to any collection! What a find!!
