These shakers are authentic McKee Jadite Square Small Box Shakers. Please watch for all the reproductions that are being sold. They look very similar, but if you check the lettering very carefully, the lid style, the distance of the lettering from the top, and the curve of the glass below the lid, you will be able to tell if they are authentic. I offer this as information only and not to discredit other sellers. I believe if items are reproductions, they need to be listed as reproductions. Thi s auction is for a very good set of McKee Jadite Square Small Box Salt, Pepper, Sugar, and Flour Shakers. Small Box refers to the size of the lettering on the shakers. This is a very good set! It is hard to find all of them in this condition. They are all in very good condition. The lettering is dark and clear on all the shakers, with very little paint loss. There are no chips or flea bites on the shakers. There are a few small chips on the interion rim of the pepper and flour shakers, under the lids. There are the usual swirls and color shadings that these shakers are known for. Three of the original lids are in very good condition, with a few dents. The flour shaker lid has a lot of little dents in it. They fit well and don't turn all the way around. The McK stamp is easiest to see on the pepper and flour shakers.
