Okay, no woman wants a recliner in her living room. But I want this one. If only I had room for it! Super cool vintage Contour Chair with the original label still on the bottom. It plugs in and has an electric switch on the side which allows you the seat to glide into the perfect reclining position (needs to plug in to a wall outlet). The mechanism works great although it does moan and groan a little. It did have a vibrate feature when new, but that does not seem to be operating. I can hear a hum when I turn the knob, but I did not try to make a repair. The gliding feature alone sold me on this chair! Super comfy, I have been hanging out in my garage just to sit in it. :) Photo 2 shows the full upright position, and photo 3 shows the fully reclined position. The dimensions vary a bit based upon the reclined position. Upright, the dimensions are abut 34" and about 64" long and about 26" wide. The faux, textured leather is a dark green, in amazing condition for the age. There are a couple of tiny nicks (see photo for example); I see two on the seat and a small nick on the piping on one arm. Nailhead trim around edges. The legs are a light finish, one is a little spotty. This has a bit of patina, but that is what makes it so cool. Man cave, anyone?Local pickup only -- we are in the Metro DC Market.
