This and all other plates and plate-related items that are titled "McPLATES" are from the collection of license plate collector Pat McMahon, of Charlotte, North Carolina.
Although I rarely sell on eBay, I have been commissioned to sell Pat's entire collection of plates, which includes an extensive collection of worldwide motorcycle plates, as well as a good amount of other items, including club memorabilia, special ALPCA, CCC and NPCC plates. From on in, all upcoming auctions will be for worldwide motorcycle plates.

-- This group is a general mix of all sorts of m/c plates, including some nice Pacific Island issues, and other rarities. T's not quite 50 in this group, as I'm tring to even out these last three weeks worth of auctions - rarer stuff is coming, as well as a nice "cats eye" porcelain stop sign, and some other "off" items. I'll also be relisting some of the blue-chip plates that didn't meet an ealier set reserve. Stay tuned!

DESCRIPTION: Early example dated 1965 Ecuador motorcycle plate - all original, black on orange spray-stencilled on embossed steel.

NOTE: All plates are at least 10 years old, and are expired issues - none are valid for use on a registered motor vehicle, and all are sold as collectibles. One of the earlier lots of motorcycle plates I shipped to Norway has been lost, so I will no longer offer First Class mail (US or First Class Air Mail), as t is no tracking available - sorry!
