CONDITION : The LP/Album is in-between Near Mint to Mint- Condition, bright, shiny, clean, no scratches, sight surface marks. The Label is in Mint- Condition, no spindle marks. The Cover is in Very Good to Excellent Condition, partial ring wear on the front jacket cover, partial ring wear on the back cover, no split seams, some fray marks on the spine, with the patina of age with handling marks and some shelf wear, small price tage residue at top corner, part of its' history, part of its' charm. The Gradings System is:Mint- Condition, Near Mint or better Condition, Near Mint Condition, Excellent Condition, Very Good Condition, Good Condition. Fair Condition.When Mentioned: Surface marks are very light, on top of the surface, not affecting play. Surface Scratche s are light on top of the grooves somewhat akin to surface scuffs/surface marks. Light Scratches are on or just barely at or just barely into the surface, not causing skips, not affecting play other than possible slight scattered extraneous sounds, may have slight under the music sounds, normal lip sounds if any intro lip sounds, plays bright, clear and present. It is rare when I state a record being Mint although t are certain instances w they will be noted as 'Mint- or better' and sometimes 'in-between Mint- up to Mint'. I rarely list Fair Condition records except in a very unusual circumstance, essentially for its' collectible interest.Records are usually graded visually due to time constraints. Surface distractions are noted on visual gradings and groove distractions on listened gradings. If a record sells for $150.00 or more, it will be shipped Internationally by Express Air International. A note of interest about vintage record pressings in general. Many of the records offered are from 30 to 50 years old. They are are not digital downloads. Every single plays differently on each different turntable. Some records come with their own innt pressing oddities, slight sounds, and to the modern ear, possible "slight flaws" - which are not really flaws, but part of the pressing process of older, real vinyl / wax / plastic records. Some turntables / tone arm weight bring out under the music groove sounds, others may not bring out under the music sounds, or may be heard to a lesser degree. In some instances, just plain age can cause some slight noises in a record. Some pressings of small labels from the 1950's and 1960's and some instances 70's pressings were made with not the greatest of ingredients, and with these lower grade or inferior ingredients causing some under the music groove sound - this generally happened with small label pressings, yet the music is clear, loud, and present. Also, depending on the label, some of these smaller label pressings were pressed at cheapie pressing plants or at a big plant, but on the sly late at night without the quality control of the normal commissioned pressing.
