Megalodon Fossil Shark's Tooth
ITEM DESCRIPTION: This ancient fossil shark's tooth is from a Megalodon, a shark that may have been 40 feet (12 m) long and that lived 25 to 1.6 million years ago. The Megalodon's teeth are very similar to the teeth of the Great White Shark, but larger and thicker. This tooth was chipped during the life of the shark, and t are a few tiny holes. Please look at all the pictures for condition and detail, and e-mail me if you have any questions.

SIZE: Tooth is 5-5/8" high and 4-1/2" wide. It weighs just under 15 ounces.
