A fine bone china 'trio' (cup: c. 2.55" h. x 4.1" w. x 3.5" d.;saucer: 5.4" d.; tea-plate: c. 6.5" w. x 6.5" d.) extravagantly decorated with the print and hand-painted enamel 'Dolly Varden' pattern. The underside bears the usual Mayer & Sheratt backstamp (c. 1925-41), printed in green, together with in black and unique to this pattern the mark, which incorporates the Registered Number ('739443') for 1928. The condition is 'excellent' with no discernible crazing or staining. There are, of course, no chips, cracks or restoration. No handling or packing fee. Will happily combine items to economise on postage/shipping charges.
