Lot 85 15.3 grams Gold plated pins melted into nuggets with a torch. I used Chapmans Refining Flux along with the melt, then borax. These are older, heavy plated pins, that should have good gold content. I'm concentrating the gold, but not getting all the copper out. I'm reducing the impurities the best I can with limited equipment and refining skills. These nuggets look great, but again failed the 14k test. please refine responsibly.
