Mens Vintage Japanese Kimono - Dark Blue Kasuri Cotton with "H" Design ***Special***$25.00 Off Original Price***$15.00 Off Original BIN*** Rare Japanese dark blue/thick kasuri cotton kimono in excellent vintage condition! Measures approx. 57" inches long and would fit a tall man very well. I'm 5'4" and it went down to my feet. Cotton in excellent condition with nice soft blue/whitish "H" type pattern design throughout entire fabric. Also has two small vintage pieces of hand sewn inner fabric - one with a Japanese diamond pattern at the top inside part of kimono, and one at waist level with nice Japanese floral design - these were put in to help protect kimonos and keep the primary fabric in better condition and lasting longer. Mid-length sleeves also have the nice slits for air circulation. Stitching in excellent condition as are all hems, edges, sleeves etc. Very attractive kimono in great condition and should last for years to come so long as properly taken care of. As a pre-owned item, it's clear it was hardly worn, if at all - wear/washing will soften up cotton even more than this original quality. Photo shows it slightly wrinkled but it lays perfectly flat on floor. Probably dates from mid 1980s. Please feel free to contact if you have any other questions.
