Mercedes-Benz WMF .90 Dinner Fish/Butter Knives and Forks- Now 's another something for the Automobilia/Silverwear Collectors! This is my "First Time" offer for these fish/butter knives and forks together. It's 1 Set (12 Pcs) of WMF Patent "90 45" Mercedes-Benz Silverware from the Daimler-Benz VIP Guest Dining Room in Stuttgart, Germany. I'm guessing they were used from the '60's up until maybe the late 80's. They show slight usage and one would think they have been stored away somew at Mercedes. Each piece has the engraved Mercedes Logo on the handle and is relatively heavy in "feel". These pieces are solid...typical German quality. Mercedes-Benz used them for VIP visiting guests so you can imagine the quality. In Germany, one calls them " Fischmesser " or Fish Knife but many people say they are Butter Knives so I've say both terms now. Note please : These are original pieces that I shipped back from Germany.
