It used to be that all Merrill ads featured the Bull. ..Well that is all about to change, Merrill Lynch as you may or may not know was recently acquired by Bank America.Now the marriage was hastily arranged in the wake of Lehman Brothers failure Ken Lewis and John Thain got together and arranged the marriage of Merrill and Bank of America. Thinking that business will ever be the same is terribly naive, Bank America is a bank, Merrill was an investment bank / brokerage house they are not the same.
