Description: Nice hard to find Metlox Pottery Poppet "Salty The Sea Captain" designed by Helen Slater. Figurine of a sea captain with a cup attached to it where you can put pencils or other items. Believe that this one is a little harder to find than some of the others in the Poppet line. Unmarked on bottom. Condition: In very good vintage condition, with small amount of minor wear here and there. Construction and paint appears a bit rustic on purpose. Might be some black ink on the bottom interior of the cup. Measurements: Measures about 7 1/2" tall and 6" at widest.------------------------------------------------Please ask all questions before purchasing.Please look at the photos carefully - they are part of the description.
