This stein has the phrase "We Honor Thee Cornell" followed by the Alumni Song ("I am thinking tonight of my old college town. I am dreaming of days that are flown... Of the jogs and the strife of my old college life. Ah, those days were the best I have known.") and images of the Cornell campus. Stein has inlay lid with CU emblem and owl thumblift ornament. Markings on bottom include Mettlach VB "Abbey" mark, GES-GESCH, 2871, 4, I, 03, and "Made Exclusively for Rothechild Bros. Ithica, NY USA..." (see images).Approximately 11" tall including thumblift ornament and 5" in diameter at base.This item is an antique item.
