7 DAY AUCTION. You are buying a fabulous set of vintage mexican sterling. The set is in the form of enameled bugs, possibly flys or bees. The set includes matching necklace, bracelet, and earrings. The necklace and bracelet are hallmarked "Sterling Made In Mexico 222". The earrings are hallmarked "Sterling Made In Mexico". The necklace measures 15 3/4" long X 5/8" wide, the bracelet measures 7 3/4 " long X 5/8" wide, the earrings are 5/8" X 5/8". The entire set weighs 89 grams. This is a very high quality old set, i searched the internet and found nothing like it. The closest i could find were bee pieces made by Margot de Taxco w the wings were enameled the same. The set could be unmarked Margot or made slightly later by an artist who studied with Margot, i cant say for sure since i couldnt find this set anyw I can say that it is a vintage set and it is superb quality, very rare, very special. The condition is excellent with all original age patina. Please bid with complete confidence. Check my other auctions for more great finds.
