~ Netherfield ~ • Regency inspired fancy jacquard striped chiffon Gown with row upon row of pressed ruffles, lavish free motion embroidery, and is heavily beaded with "pearl" seed beads and spring coil beads. It is decorated with hand made beaded roses at the waist line and sleeve cuffs. Closes in back with buttons and loops. • Matching Pantaloons decorated with hand made beaded roses at the cuffs. • Matching Hair Tie. • Regency inspired Plisse in 100% linen with a wide collar, gathered sleeves, and beaded free motion embroidery throughout. It is decorated with mini pleats at the sleeves, collar, and wait line. Closes in front with covered buttons and loops. • Matching Linen Bonnet with beaded free motion embroidery, linen roses, and mini pleats on the outside with rows of pressed chiffon ruffles on the inside. Closes with a bow. • Note On American Girl Sizes: I was always aware of the differences in size between the pre-Mattel dolls and the new ones, but lately have discovered that the waist size of the new dolls varies widely, even for the same "model". Since my discovery, I design my ensembles so that there is room to move the buttons in or out to accommodate any size from a 10" to 11" waist.
