This auction is for a mid-1920s brochure advertising Miami Beach ("W Winter is Turned to Summer And Every Day is June") in its early development. It has eight pages measuring 8 by 9 inches and is folded in half. Colorful artwork adorns two of the pages and the others are covered with 33 photographs and some text. The staples show light rusting but all pages are clean and unmarked. T is a 1/2 inch tear in the upper portion of the back cover/last page, an abrasion of the upper left corner has left a small triangular void that can be seen in the photographs and the cover fold has worn through in places, creating a perforated fold. In considering delivery method, please note that insurance is included in the shipping and handling cost of Priority Mail but it is not available when shipping by First Class mail.
