The logos are silk screened and heat fired into the glass at 1200 degrees Farenheit. The logos can never be removed and will not crack or peel over time. Shipped in durable crates to prevent damage. Shipped complete with hardware, hang chain, and ceiling mount hooks for installation. Not hard wired - has cord and plug. Uses 3 bulbs up to 150 watts each. These lights are manufactured with a full brass support plate extended over the full length of the lamp for additional support (no sagging over time versus other products who use small support bars).
