MIB TOMMY ATKINS BRITISH FIELD HOSPITAL SET retailed by UNDER TWO FLAGS superb DESCRIPTION This auction is for a fine lead British Army Field Hospital set which was made by Tommy Atkins in England c.1980's/90's. The set comprises of :- 1 stretcher party carrying a wounded soldier, 1 walking wounded figure, 2 figures helping each other along with their arms in slings, 1 wounded soldier lying in a hospital bed and 1 blind soldier walking with a stick. The figures are in mint original condition and I think they have only been removed from their box for the photographs. The front of the bed frame was a little bent when I acquired the set but it pushed back easily, otherwise they are good and they stand and display well. The box is in good condition with just a little glue residue on the top right corner of the lid where an old sticker has been removed and it has a simple foam insert in the base (although all figures will be carefully bubble wrapped for transit).
