Up for Auction is a 100% COMPLETE and Fully Functional Original Vintage 1980's Fisher-Price Little People Zoo Playset #916 ~Produced From 1984 - 1987 ~Zoo has a Cream-Colored Plastic Base With 2 "Caves" in the Front. The Cave on the Right has a Yellow Lion Attached (Slides in and out). T is an Uphill Road on the Front Right Side and a Series of Molded "Rock" Steps on the Left. The Seal fits into an Orange Pedestal Beside the Steps. An Orange Lever on the Front of the Base Swivels the Seal's Pedestal. The Zoo's Upper Level is Green With a Gazebo on the Front, a Tour Trail on the Back, and a Hippo Pond in the Middle. The Pond has a Paper Litho Water Design and an Attached Purple Hippo Head That Lifts up When a Button on the Tour Trail is Tripped ~Featuring a Hippo That Yawns as the Train Goes by, a Seal That "Performs" on a Pedestal and a Lion That "Roars" ~Overall Size: 17-1/2" Wide x 15-3/8" Deep x 5-7/8" Tall ~Box is Marked "1984 Fisher-Price Toys, East Aurora NY 14052, Division of the Quaker Oats Company, Made in USA, Monkey and Buzzard Made to Fisher-Price Standards in Hong Kong" Playset Comes Complete With : Zoo Base Aviary Building/Gazebo Cream Colored Leafless Tree/Perch Orange Parrot Yellow Parrot Black Monkey Orange Monkey Blue Vulture Dark Gray Seal Blue Elephant Yellow Lion Cub Blue Hippo Orange Gorilla Brown Mountain Goat (4) Food Trays (2) Lime Green 2-Seat Picnic Benches Lime Green Picnic Table (3) Piece Zoo Tram Original Box Complete Set of All (5) Original Plastic Little People : Blue Dad With Black Heat-Stamped Hair Red Mom With Fancy Eyes and a Blonde Ponytail Orange Boy With Red Heat-Stamped Hair Yellow Girl With a Light Brown Sculpted Bob Dark Green Zoo Keeper With a Tan Felt Hat, a Yellow Non-Triangle Scarf and a Big Black Moustache Condition : Zoo is in EXCELLENT CLEAN Condition with very little age/play wear and nothing broken or damaged that I can see. Base is in great shape with no cracks, chips or dings. Lithos all seem to be present and are original to the set showing only the most minimal wear. All features seem to function as they should (hippo yawns, seal performs & lion roars?). Zoo Animals and Little People are all in Super Shape showing very little paint/play wear. Tram & all other accessories are in Excellent Condition as well. Box is completely intact and holds the set securely. It is in Very Good Condition with some minimal age/storage wear, a tear on the open end side flap (from w it had been taped shut) and a couple of stains on the bottom. What a great box for display!
