Fantastic vintage lamp by Michael Lax for Lightolier. Dimensions : Extendable. Smallest size: 6" tall x 3.5" long x 4" wide Condition : Fantastic! No major issues. No rust to chrome. Works beautifully!Please remember that we sell vintage pieces. Most have had decades of use. A buyer of vintage objects and furniture should assume a baseline of mild wear. We do not disclose every minute sign of use. You should assume that those are present unless we specify otherwise. Shipping : Shipping via FedEx Ground will cost about $18 which includes packaging materials, insurance, handling, and transit.We pack very securely and we charge less than the alternatives. Our shipping rates are reasonable considering the extreme lengths to which we go to maximize the potential for safe transit. We will not underpack your item to reduce shipping cost.We gladly allow free local pick-up in downtown Houston TX (77003) but, our insurance does not permit browsers. Hours of Operation: We are committed to making your experience with us as pleasant and efficient as possible. In an effort to make ourselves more accessible to our customers, we will answer all emails between the hours of 9AM - 8PM Monday through Friday. Local pick-up must be done between 9AM - 6PM Monday through Friday. Payment : We accept PayPal from buyers within the United States who have a confirmed address, moneyorders, and checks with a ten day wait for funds to clear.International buyers must pay with a money order in U.S. Dollars. WHEN YOU ARE CHECKING OUT PLEASE ENTER YOUR PHONE NUMBER - one of the steps in the checkout process is to check the address - your phone number should show under your address. If it does not show, please click the 'edit' link and enter it in the phone number field. Please do not email it afterwards, enter it during checkout. Terms : All shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. All freight ships FOB origin, tfore all insurnace claims must be made by buyer. Please enter your phone number in the phone number field which you come across during checkout. Please do not email your phone number after you have checked out. If you do not enter your phone number during checkout and your item is shipping by Greyhound, we will not give them your phone number and they will not be able to call you when your item arrives. You will have to call them periodically to check status. We guarantee the quality of our merchandise. We will offer a full refund including transit but not packing or labor costs, at our discretion, only when the item description is inaccurate. Buyer pays return shipping. If you pay immediately, we will store your merchandise for up to ninety days from the auction close day free of charge. Many buyers make payment, ask us to store their merchandise, and we never hear from them again. So, after ninety days, unless you receive a written extension, we will begin charging a storage fee equal to 1/3 of the item's value per month tafter. After three months, we will resell the item. If your item ships by Greyhound and you fail to pick it up within 72 hours, storage fees will accrue at a rate of $2 per day tafter. Storage fees are your responsibility.
