From my collection I am offering a commemorative piece issued by Goebel in 2001 honoring the 50th anniversary of Disneyland. This is a set with Hummel's "For Father" and the same piece done as Mickey Mouse. Both pieces have the 50th anniversary hallmark on the bottom and can be displayed on the wooden base made especially for this set. I purchased this brand new and displayed this in my glass fronted secretary desk. There is no damage to either of the figurines or base, no chips, cracks or crazing to the porcelain. The felt pads on the base are intact and damage free. Everything is in beautiful, mint condition. I kept the original packaging, so these will be especially well protected when they ship. The only issue with the packaging is that one seam came apart on each of the small boxes where the figurines go. This would be easy to repair as it only involves the glue not holding up over the years. Other than that, the packaging has no signs of storage, no stains or dirt. This is a beautiful display piece, one which will be a lovely addition to your collection of Hummel's or Disney memorabilia. There were 1,000 pieces made and the edition is no longer available as it was sold out. Here is a great opportunity to add this to your collection.
