Hard to find color scheme. Same kit as Metro Tower Hotel but with a different name and color. Tape is not sealed, but contents are packed as original, stickers have not been applied and kit has never been assembled. Probably just the tape has busted (as often happens) due to age and storage. The Logistical Details Shipping Cost and Options: I use the US Postal Service. The options shown in the "shipping" area of this page are those you can choose from for this item. I combine shipping. For small items I'll offer combined shipping by First, Parcel or Priority. Note that the cut-off weight for domestic First Class is 13 oz. For mid-sized items, (1-3 pounds), the cost of a sturdy box for shipping plus parcel or a free box from the post office plus priority is about the same, so I tend to offer only priority. For large item w parcel becomes significantly cheaper, I again offer a choice between priority and parcel. Shipping and handling cost includes $0.25/auction. Wait for the invoice to get the best combined rate choices. Note for International Shipments: Subject to weight and bulk constraints (more restrictive internationally), First Class shipping will be offered internationally. Note that for international shipping, First Class is a manual process for postage and customs forms. I add a flat $3 handling fee for International First Class ($3 total, no matter how many items). Also note international First Class is not offered with tracking or insurance. By selecting First Class, buyer assumes all risk of loss. Finally, do not ask for "Gift" on customs forms, this is NOT an option. Payment and Delivery: PayPal only. I ship on Sunday.
