This bracelet belonged to my great Aunt and was a gift from her well-travelled older sister who visited lots of interesting places in the early 20th Century and always brought her back gifts of jewellery typical to the areas she had been. This is a very intricate miromosaic bracelet from Italy with a gilt finish and a simple clasp. It measures approx 21cm (8.5 inches) . It is in excellent condition with no damage and no pieces missing, the gold colouring is still nice only showing a few signs of patina on the back of the pieces and it is clean. It actually looks like it has not been worn, it was probably too big for my Auntie who was petite and had quite small hands ! I find it a little large for me- my wrists measure 15cm - however, the way this bracelet is made, it is able to be shortened if needed. A gorgeous and pretty bracelet which would make such a lovely gift for someone and a wonderful example for a collector of micromosaic and vintage jewellery.This item will be posted 2nd class signed for.
