The item for sale is an old wooden microscope box that is showing its age externally and with one of the hinges seized and the screws have pulled out the lid - see pic2 - the front 2 catches work fine.There are some interesting slides in this collection especially those shown in pics 2&4 - the green labeled ones are from the now closed Westminster hospital.There are 66 slides - there are 12 trays in all but one of the trays is missing its dividers so has not been used - please see my other listing for a similiar lot which has the matching parts of this collection. A couple of the slides are missing their corners and one is broken - the description on the drop down front does not match the contents.AUSTRALIAN and AMERICAN buyers Due to the delays caused by the your customs departments checking every item thoroughly as it comes into your country your items are taking a lot longer to arrive - apologies for this but the circumstances are beyond my control.
