**** VINTAGE HIGH INTENSITY LAMP ****
*From a local estate....Mid-Century Modern (Hi - Low) High Intensity Lamp with a multiple position folding arm. Terrific Space Age retro design featuring a copper colored brushed aluminum shade and matching square tubular aluminum arms. The base and arm attachments are either tan bakelite or plastic. T is a 3 position on/off switch on the front of the lamp base and a molded "keyhole" opening in the bottom of the base for hanging the lamp if so desired. This lamp was made in Japan. *The lamp base is 2" wide x 4" deep x 2 1/2" tall at the tallest point. The lamp extends to a maximum height of 15". The bottom arm is 5" long with the top arm 7" long and the shade is 1" square at the back, 3 1/4" long and 2" square at the front. The white electric cord is 58" long and has a 2 prong plug. *The lamp appears to be in good working order on both the hi and low settings. The lamp base and arm joints are free of chips or cracks. Although appearing to be electrically sound, as with all vintage lamps, rewiring is recomended for safety. *This very modern / Space Age lamp may be just the period accent piece you have been looking for for your retro decor. It would work great as a desk lamp or a bedside reading lamp...anyw bright, concentrated light is needed. This collectible High Intensity Lamp is offered for your consideration with no reserve.
