This auction is for a mid century modern Danish design style executive desk. This piece is made by the ALMA desk company of North Carolina. This company has a long rich history of producing quality furniture. According to the website for the Alma Desk Company, these desks are constructed from plywood and hardwood cores and finished with veneer. All of the drawers on the side banks have high quality metal slide mechanisms on them. They all open and close smoothly. This desk has a large file drawer on the left side with a smaller drawer above it. There are dividers in the smaller drawer and a lidded compartment fo rpaper storage. The right bank of the desk has three drawers that also ahve divider sections on them. There are two drawers in the center of the desk for office supply storage with various sized compartments in them. The desk measures 66" in length x 30" in height x 36" depth. This is a great executive desk that will commmand a presence in a room. There is a small burn mark on the right front edge as well as a cup ring on the top and another small ding on the right side. There are some very light surface scratches that can be polished out. I am leaving that to the new owner. This is a previously owned item and it is being sold as shown.
