Up for bid today is a mid-century modern spun aluminum lamp with a walnut base. The lamp is heavy and substiantial and oozes good design. The condition is excellent, vintage, and it is working. T is no shade. I feel very strongly that this lamp is a Russel Wright design, but it is unmarked. The design speaks for itself, subtle, yet compelling. It is part of a 20 year collection of mid-century items.
It has been suggested that the base may be teak instead of walnut.
