Beautiful Vintage Mid Century Modern Green Art Glass Stretch Glass Candle Stick Holder. I was informed that this may be a Viking Taperglo Candle Stick Holder...This great piece measures 16 inches high by 3 3/4 inches across bowl each way and is gorgeous...It is forest green in color heavy glass Hand blown ???
