CLASSIC MID-CENTURY SOFA GORGEOUS LINES...NICE, NEUTRAL COLOR, EXCELLENT CONDITION ****************************** is a beautiful vintage sofa in mint condition. This sofa is a classic, Eames era 1950s style. It is a warm beige in color, and will go with just about everything. are the details:
1. The sofa measures about 91 1/2" long, from arm to arm. The seat height is 16" high. The back heigth is 30". The width is about 36". 2. The sofa has a curve to it as shown in the photo. The back is curved as well. It really makes a statement! 3. The fabric is the original upholstery fabric. It has a bit of a sheen to it and has a subtle design. 4. The brand is Elkor. The tag says the sofa was made in Jacksonville, Florida. 5. The sofa has no holes, tears, or stains. 6. This sofa was purchased at an estate sale in Atlanta. It had one owner, a single woman, who kept it covered and unused for the past 60 years. We are not kidding. She had wonderful mid-century taste! We thought we could use it in our home, but we just couldn't find a place for it. THIS SOFA WILL BE A WONDERFUL, AND COMFORTABLE ADDITION TO YOUR LOVELY HOME!!! OPTIONS TO GET THE SOFA TO YOUR HOME ARE AS FOLLOWS: 1. PICK-UP: The sofa is located in Atlanta 30324, in a quiet neighborhood that is convenient to I-75, I-85, I-20 and Ga-400. We have a nice long driveway, so when you come to pick up your sofa, you can pull your truck up, load it, and drive off. You don't have to climb any stairs. We have a pet free and smoke free home. 2. Delivery: T will be a GAS CHARGE of $.50/mile (to and from location) IF DELIVERED. We WILL DELIVER ONLY WITHIN 50 MILES OF our home address, which is in 30324 ZIPCODE. We are not professional movers, so this is "drop off" service only - we will drop the sofa off at the street level in front of your home. No steps, mean dogs, or anything stressful like that! 3. Shipping: The winning bidder must coordinate shipping of the sofa with the shipping company of choice. We will help out as much as possible and will accomodate our time for your shipper and pick up times. The sofa weighs about 200 pounds. We recommend PLYCON VANLINES.
