This is one of the series of highly collectable Midwinter plates featuring paintings by Sir Peter Scott created in the 1950s. It is from his Wild Geese range released before 1962. The plate measures 8.5 inches (22 cms) in width and is in excellent condition, the colours still vibrant even after some 60 years. Appropriately backstamped, as can be seen from photo 2. I would be happy to provide further images if required but please send your email address for me to do so. There would be significant savings on postage should more than one plate be purchased. The Buyer is resonsible for all post and packing charges. UK Postage is £3.95 and to all international destinations it would be £12.95 airmail.
