This is a US military surplus PASGT helmet. The helmet will have surface scratches and scuffs, but is in fine usable condition. Before sale, each helmet is inspected to ensure that t are no cracks, dents or gouges that would render the helmet un-serviceable. Features: PASGT ballistic protective helmets were manufactured by Gentex, SDS, Semanco or UNICOR. These helmets are manufactured to the requirements of MIL-H-44099A, and are still used by the majority of US ground troops. Size Extra Large The ballistic resistance of this helmet model is V50 2,000 fps (610 Mps) minimum. Kevlar Composite construction, this model helmet is durable and will stand up to loads of abuse. This helmet comes with the standard military internal suspension system. Some helmets may include the leather sweatband, but these should be discarded as they are used.
